Job overview we are seeking a seasoned it team leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our local it team. key responsibilities - lead and manage the local it team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing feedback to team members. - document and supervise it/ot issues and resolutions using our ticketing system and coordinate and prioritize it/ot support requests to ensure timely resolution. - oversee the setup, configuration, maintenance of local and global it/ot equipment and systems, and supervise and manage local and global it/ot infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. - collaborate with other departments to understand their it/ot needs, provide appropriate solutions, and work with our international it team to ensure the functioning, maintenance, and support of our global dt environment and the local installation on other sites remotely. - ensure compliance with it/ot policies, procedures, and best practices. - plan and execute it/ot projects and initiatives to improve technology systems and processes by staying updated with the latest it/ot trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions. about you - bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. - 3–4 years of experience in it/ot as team lead. demonstrable experience in it/ot support or a similar role, with leadership experience preferred. - solid knowledge of it/ot systems, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. familiarity with itil or other it/ot service management fr...
