Job overview we are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of media buyer & ad operations success manager. this position is critical in driving the success of our advertising campaigns by optimizing media investments, managing ad tech infrastructure, and leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance performance. - key responsibilities: - plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven media buys across platforms (meta, google, dsps, etc.) - manage budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance - conduct a/b testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization - ad operations & technical management: - oversee ad trafficking, tag implementation (google tag manager, pixels, etc.), and quality assurance - troubleshoot discrepancies in delivery, tracking, or attribution - collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues - performance analysis & reporting: - monitor key performance indicators (kpis) such as ctr, cpa, roas, and provide actionable insights - generate reports and present findings to stakeholders - ensure alignment between media spend and business objectives - client & stakeholder success: - act as a trusted advisor to internal teams or clients on best practices - proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement...
