Job Overview We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Media Buyer & Ad Operations Success Manager. This position is critical in driving the success of our advertising campaigns by optimizing media investments, managing ad tech infrastructure, and leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance performance. - Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven media buys across platforms (Meta, Google, DSPs, etc.) - Manage budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance - Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization - Ad Operations & Technical Management: - Oversee ad trafficking, tag implementation (Google Tag Manager, pixels, etc.), and quality assurance - Troubleshoot discrepancies in delivery, tracking, or attribution - Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues - Performance Analysis & Reporting: - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and provide actionable insights - Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders - Ensure alignment between media spend and business objectives - Client & Stakeholder Success: - Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams or clients on best practices - Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement
