Role description as a sales finance analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving estimated deal sizes for new consumption-based business. this includes tracking deal performance on a monthly basis and validating the accuracy of deal estimates. you will also coordinate with the onboarding team to assess changes to estimated sizing and collaborate with the commissions team on adjustments to estimated deal sizing. additionally, you will analyze and document key revenue metrics, perform financial analyses to evaluate and optimize opportunity profitability, and build out additional kpis and analytics around revenue metrics such as customer acquisition cost (cac). supporting the sales teams in processing deal opportunities and collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders (legal, accounting, operations, sales) to identify acceptable options to facilitate deal closure are also key aspects of this role. responsibilities include: - review and approve estimated deal sizes for new consumption-based business - track deal performance on a monthly basis and validate the accuracy of deal estimates - coordinate with the onboarding team to assess changes to estimated sizing - collaborate with the commissions team on adjustments to estimated deal sizing - analyze and document key revenue metrics - perform financial analyses to evaluate and optimize opportunity profitability - build out additional kpis and analytics around revenue metrics requirements: - 2-3 years of proven success in finance, accounting, or a business analyst role - bachelor's degree required; pre...
