This role will be responsible to coordinate, schedule, close admin work to facilitate hiring for North America, Lat Am & Canada in managing the volume hiring needs. Across 2023/2024 our last few years average hiring volumes has been in the region of 3000+. This is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. Main responsibilities: - Execute the candidate care strategy as communicated by the Candidate Care Partner, supporting the Candidate Care Partner in delivering exceptional candidate experiences. - Proactively engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle (eg: interview scheduling, post offer support) , utilizing preferred communication channels to provide timely updates, answer questions, and gather feedback. - Administer and collect candidate satisfaction surveys, analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement within the candidate journey. - Contribute ideas and recommendations to the Candidate Care Partner for process improvements, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to optimize candidate interactions. - Collaborate effectively with both recruiters in hubs and in market to ensure candidate care practices are aligned with regional guidelines and best practices. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive candidate knowledge base and resources, providing easy access to information and support throughout the recruitment process. About you You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience: - Proven track record of success in providing admin and scheduling in recruiting the best talent - Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations.
