Optimizing sales performance requires a strategic approach. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies within the Steel Packaging sector. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership experience, with a strong background in sales and operations management. They will be able to prepare and present operational and financial sales department reports, as well as oversee the management and development of a sales team. In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for coordinating cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability, as well as managing product portfolios and accounts. To be considered for this role, you should have at least 10 years of sales leadership experience, with a strong understanding of the Steel Packaging sector. You should also be fluent in Spanish and English, and possess a solid engineering background and understanding of foreign trade and logistics.
