Job Title We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the success of our clients in Tier 3 and LAC Processor segments. As a Senior Director, Client Success, you will lead a team responsible for managing post-sale and operational relationships with these clients. Your key responsibilities will include driving client success outcomes, delivering new products and services, onboarding new clients and processors, and ensuring the service delivery of systems and services. You will also be accountable for defining and deploying client service strategies across various client types. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment systems, including authorization and clearing systems, client connectivity, and settlement services. They will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain outstanding business relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD, MD). - 12 or more years of work experience, preferably in a senior leadership role. - Strong background in payment systems, including authorization and clearing systems, client connectivity, and settlement services. - Excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to build and maintain outstanding business relationships. Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated expertise in AI concepts and applications, and how they can be leveraged to create value for Visa and its clients. - Expert proficiency in building client relationships, becoming customer-centric, and planning for success. - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, think ahead, and take action.
