Key Role in Global Talent Acquisition This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in delivering on our global roadmap by managing cross-functional programs, coordinating execution, and enabling our team to operate with clarity and impact. You will serve as a strategic program manager and operational partner, helping drive the execution of our most critical recruiting initiatives. - Manage large-scale global talent acquisition transformation initiatives from planning to execution. - Develop detailed project plans, track dependencies, and drive accountability across teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects. - Synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders through high-quality decks and leadership briefings. This individual contributor role spans early talent, direct labor, professional, and executive hiring and supports our commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in global talent acquisition. Necessary Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required - Fluent English language skills necessary - Five years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition programs and operations Key qualifications include proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, skilled in creating executive-level materials, and strong experience supporting global HR programs.
