Required skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a call center or healthcare organization. - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to motivate and empower others. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
