Job Summary: Assisting Store Leaders We are seeking an accomplished Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. This dynamic role involves overseeing all aspects of store operations, developing and leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving business results. They will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing store associates, as well as implementing strategies to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets. In this role, you will also support the Store Manager in all areas and assume responsibility for all primary duties when they are absent. You will engage with customers, provide guidance and coaching to your team members, and ensure that the store environment is safe and secure. Key Responsibilities: Brand (30%): Develop and implement plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth. People (30%): Lead and motivate a high-performing team, focusing on talent development and engagement. Operations (30%): Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. Safety/Loss Prevention (10%): Ensure a safe working environment and maintain accurate records of safety incidents.
