The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Construction Accounting, Job Costing, Project Based Accounting, specifically in multi-family apartment construction, and previous construction accounting experience at a U.S.-based company. Key Responsibilities: - Full-Cycle Accounting: Handle journal entries, payroll, fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation. - Sage Intaact Management: Manage financial data from multiple sources and ensure accurate input into Sage Intaact.
