Partner Ecosystem Analyst Job Description We are seeking a skilled Partner Ecosystem Analyst to drive performance of our Client's Partner Program and the overall Ecosystem through timely financial and business analytics. Responsibilities: - Provide strong, timely financial and business analytics for decisions by partners and organizational stakeholders. - Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes, and organize team OKRs to focus team efforts on key initiatives. - Analyze and interpret data for multiple stakeholders in Business Development and Partnerships. - Keep knowledge bases current on all ecosystem partnerships to educate internal and external stakeholders. - Participate in team meetings regularly to assess issues and identify improvements for more-efficient operations. - Work with our Specialist team to onboard new brand clients and manage partner intake to ensure best practices adherence. - Collaborate with client billing and accounting teams to establish reporting, billing, and collections with partners. - Analyze partner-driven sales pipeline performance and provide recommendations for areas of focus, improvement, and further opportunity. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in an analyst role. - Advanced analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, and disseminate abundant information accurately. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to work independently. - Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to explain resolutions and best practices. - Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools. - Experience with Looker, Tableau, or comparable BI tools. - Basic database management skills. - Fluent English communication skills.
