Project Manager We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of cladding and façade projects. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and teams while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze project specifications and prepare cost estimates. - Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of cladding projects. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. - Oversee budgets, risk management, and quality control. - Maintain documentation and lead project teams. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. - At least 5 years of experience in cladding and façade project management. - Strong knowledge of cladding systems and installation. - Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office. - Familiar with building codes and safety standards.
