As Senior Financial Analyst within ourControlling Operations team, you’ll provide controlling support tolocal Business Units, including preparation of budgets andforecasts (Budget/F1/F2/Quarterly Landings/Rolling Forecast),monthly closings (sales & expense reviews/scorecards), projectapproval and tracking, and other financial planning & analysisactivities on a timely basis. Main responsibilities: - Beresponsible for operational controlling activities for sales/grossto net and/or operating expenses - Partner closely with FinanceBusiness Partners across GBUs, to provide cohesive and seamlesssupport to Business Leaders - Ensure accurate and timely monthlyclosing and share monthly results with Finance Business Partners aswell as Budget Owners - Prepare monthly commentary to explainvariances between actual results and/or budget and forecasts -Ensure business owners are executing the budgeted plan, includingtracking actuals, approval of projects & providing direction tobusiness owners - Develop Opex and headcount forecasts fordesignated areas, in partnership with FBPs and Budget Owners -Identify risks and opportunities that affect the achievement ofthese forecasts - Track headcount on a monthly basis and compare tobudgeted and forecasted vacancy rates, including trend analysis forkey drivers of change - Track all assumptions built into budget andforecasts - Approve project spend and ensuring projects arebudgeted properly, challenging where necessary - Continuouslychallenge legacy ways of working, status quo; identify gaps, andrecommend new ways of working - Increase Financial and businessacumen - Ensure compliance with pertinent SOX controls - Ensurecompliance with all internal control requirements - Promoteefficiencies and improved ways of working across designated regionand ensure best practice sharing - Educate client groups on allaspects of financial policies and processes to ensure compliance -Support all key Finance initiatives - Ad hoc projects and analysesas required About you - Experience: 3+ years of diversifiedfinancial controlling experience - Soft and technical skills:Demonstrated results building partnerships with multi-levels acrossbusinesses, ability to influence and shape business decisions andhigh attention to detail.
