We are seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Expert to join our team. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can effectively collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and procedures. As a Business Solutions Expert, you will work closely with customers to define and document their requirements using the TIA application as a base. You will participate or lead in customer workshops, map out differences between customer requirements and current TIA core system features, and create detailed functional specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs - Analyze and document customer requirements - Develop functional specifications for business solutions - Participate in solution design workshops - Build solution designs based on TIA core functionality and best practices Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in business analysis or solution design - Fluency in English and Spanish - Demonstrated experience in implementing significant business changes - Experience in full project lifecycle, including system implementations or enhancement projects - Bachelor's degree in related discipline Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of agile scrum methodology - Experience with insurance information systems - Experience with TIA solution - Experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL About This Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-quality business solutions to our clients.
