**Responsibilities**: - Demonstrate a strong ability to sell trips and launch new trips onto the platform - You will take leads created by the growth team and be responsible for launching them to the platform - Display the skills to pitch a trip and move leads through the pipeline - Plan trips with customers and provide ongoing support and assistance throughout the entire tour lifecycle pre departure - Respond to and provide recommendations to customers regarding any changes or requests they may have - Receive and handle customer feedback and work swiftly and accurately to help correct issues - Collaborate closely with various teams within the company to ensure the best possible trip experience for our guests **Requirements**: - 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, bonus if from the travel industry - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and sales-driven approach - Ownership mindset and ability to take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction - Project management experience, with the ability to think through complex problems, prioritize tasks, and understand the consequences of actions on other parts of the project - Forward planning and multitasking are essential skills - Customer-focused mindset, demonstrating empathy and understanding of customer needs and issues and actively working to resolve them - Lateral thinking skills to identify problems and solutions from different perspectives and analyze situations to understand the implications of different approaches - Proficiency in data/information management, including the ability to analyze and present data effectively, sort information, and utilize financial data to inform decision-making - Based in Bogota and available to work from the office in Chicó Norte/Usaquen area
