**Position Summary**: As a** Marketing Specialist**, you will be responsible for supporting the sales & marketing needs of the business unit. You will own the Marketing Roadmap and work with various teams to drive its initiatives forward. You will work closely with the Business Unit’s GM, Brand/Channel owners, & internal Marketing Agency to align marketing needs with the various Product Roadmaps and deliver the go-to-market strategy. This role requires an understanding of digital marketing, analytics, conversion rate optimization, as well as a proven track record of successfully delivering on projects, programs, & initiatives to achieve business objectives. **What you’ll do**: - Own and maintain the marketing roadmap for the business unit to align with Brand/Product Roadmaps and Marketing Agency guidance - Execution of the Marketing Roadmap projects, programs, & initiatives by working with appropriate delivery teams - Responsible for collecting inputs from cross-functional teams - Creation of marketing briefs to launch marketing roadmap initiatives - Identify channel gaps pertaining to Sales & Marketing - Act as the primary point of contact for Business Unit team members to submit and drive work through Marketing and Web Development teams - Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges and make data-driven recommendations for marketing optimization and growth strategies - Provide regular reports and updates on marketing performance and key metrics to senior management. - Work with the inside sales teams to provide sales support including sales positioning, features/benefits, objection handling and more. **About you**: - Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment - Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing, including A/B testing, performance tracking, and optimization - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects to completion, meeting business objectives - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding marketing goals - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and manage multiple projects simultaneously **What we offer**: - Work from anywhere - this is a remote opportunity - A competitive salary that values you and your unique skill sets - Career advancement & professional development opportunities to help you reach your full potential - Flexible work arrangements to support work/life balance **About us**: At HostPapa, we’ve been committed to providing a complete array of enterprise-grade cloud services solutions to every business owner since 2006.
