Responsibilities - Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve partner requests - Review queries and find creative solutions to streamline partner requirements - Leverage your knowledge to help partners overcome technical challenges and expand on our platform - Advocate for partners by sharing their feedback with our Product team to improve processes and offerings Meeting service level agreements (SLAs) such as response time and resolution lead time is also key.
