**Financial Analyst 2** * Position Overview: * LiveVox has been a change-maker in the contact center space since 2000, providing a cost-effective path to voice and digital engagement, while significantly simplifying integration paths within our customers’ environments. Growing an average of 25% CAGR YoY, LiveVox is adding new positions across all department in the company in the US, Colombia and India. * Key Responsibilities: * * Daily/Weekly/Monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting within specified deadlines - Maintain Daily Volume (usage) reports - Maintain Weekly Carrier Usage reports to identify anomalies prior to them appearing on Monthly invoices - Inventory Management - Scrub DID and TF inventory lists for potential deprecation as a means of cost reduction - Research numbers to confirm number type, usage trends, client assignment and provider - Database Management (Includes managing the LCR and vendor rate decks) - Confirm rates provided match rates billed - Run Comparison Reports for new decks and provide Rate Target Reports to vendors - Handle questions related to variance and trends - Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and Operations to deliver timely and accurate analysis - Run MoM GL transaction variance analysis to ensure all billing is accounted for, provide monthly accruals as needed, explain variance components - Support management reviews with accurate, up-to-date performance metrics for cost analysis and forecasting - Help develop and improve documentation, and support strong internal controls - Effectively discuss results, questions, ideas for improvement in a large group setting - Handle frequent Ad-hoc analysis requests quickly and accurately - Continual enhancement of knowledge base specific to Cloud-based software is required to excel within this role - Data querying using SQL and Python is a requirement - will be taught on the job if/as needed. * Your Background* * You are passionate about doing what’s right for the business. Willing to tackle the tough projects and challenges to grow the business. - You possess skills and expertise in business insight, analytics, troubleshooting, and project management. - You are an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and communicate the meaning of the data being presented. - You have established excellent working relationships with all departments across all levels of your prior company(s). * Requirements* * BA, BS in one of the business disciplines, Accounting or Finance preferred - 1-3 years financial analyst experience - Excellent English, both verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work occasional off hours and weekends a must - Capture and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others - Work effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches - Advanced Excel skills - Familiarity with SQL/Python is a plus - Ability to handle and summarize large datasets quickly and accurately - Detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and strict deadlines - You possess skills and expertise in business insight, analytics, troubleshooting, and project management. - You are an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and communicate the meaning of the data being presented **WHY LIVEVOX**: LiveVox is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and employer.
