We are seeking aSourcing Quality Lead, based in Lima, Peru, or Santiago, Chile,within our Supply Chain Business. This role involves building andmanaging supplier relationships, verifying technical and qualitystandards according to Bradken's requirements. The Sourcing QualityLead and their team will handle supplier capability assessments,quality audits, and incoming goods inspections. You will qualifynew suppliers, drive continuous improvement initiatives, andestablish an audit schedule to monitor supplier performance throughrelevant metrics. Key Technical Criteria - Relevant tertiaryeducation in sourcing, procurement, engineering, or extensiveexperience in heavy industrial or foundry environments. - 5-10years of post-graduate related experience or an equivalentcombination of education and experience. - Experience managing ateam of quality engineers and inspectors. - Experience managingsuppliers and subcontractors in a heavy manufacturing environment.- Knowledge of foundry or heavy industrial manufacturing processes.- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail andanalytical thinking for quality issues. - Ability to interpretengineering documents, drawings, specifications, and CAD models. -Financial acumen including managing budgets and understandingfinancial reports. - Willingness and ability to travel domesticallyand internationally. - Bilingual in English and Spanish (writtenand spoken).
