The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving performance and compliance in fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on strategic leadership and hands-on management. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all quality functions across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service standards. - Lead performance management and development efforts, driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision making. - Partner closely with cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture rooted in coaching, accountability, and development. - Represent quality assurance in client-facing interactions, serving as the regional point of contact. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, with proven leadership skills. - Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations across multiple regions. - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, training lifecycle management, and performance analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders. - Fluency in English and Spanish. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience as a Senior Manager or Director in a growing organization. - Six Sigma or other quality certifications. - Proven ability to scale quality operations in high-growth environments. Work Conditions: - On-site position based in Barranquilla, Colombia or San Pedro Sula, Honduras. - Travel required: approximately 25% of the time, especially during onboarding or team realignment phases.
