Job Description: OutPLEX is seeking a highly professional and driven individual to represent the company as our Front Desk Receptionist. This role will serve as the first point of contact for visiting clients and potential employees, and will work closely with the management team to ensure a positive image of OutPLEX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the company, including answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring knowledge of staff movements. Additionally, they will assist with the recruitment process by working with the remote Recruitment Team in Dominican Republic, helping to set up new trainings, and sharing ideas with the Recruitment Team. This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The candidate should have familiarity with Windows operating systems and proficiency in required software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Typing 40+ WPM is also essential. - Answer telephone calls, screen, and direct as needed - Greet persons entering the organization and direct them to the correct destination - Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization - Work with the remote Recruitment Team in Dominican Republic to periodically attend virtual meetings and share ideas - Assist applicants with completing the online application and administer testing - Process candidates' appointment settings for final interview with hiring managers - Set up medical appointments for potential hires - Help with the collection and revision of the new hires' documents - Contact candidates regarding their status when required - Receive and sort mail and deliveries - Schedule appointments and meetings for departments other than Recruitment
