We are seeking a senior-level operations supervisor to lead administrative teams across multiple LATAM countries. This role requires someone passionate about people development, process optimization, and leveraging Microsoft tools for efficient workflows. Key Responsibilities - Team Leadership: Develop and coach team members to achieve professional growth through regular feedback and clear communication. - Performance Management: Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching to ensure individual and team KPIs are consistently met. - Automated Workflows: Design and implement automated processes using Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint. - SLA/KPI Management: Ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements and financial goals. - Report Preparation: Prepare and present reports to superiors with team performance data; perform data analysis to identify trends and develop action plans. - Process Improvement: Identify and address performance issues, implement improvement strategies, and manage disciplinary processes when needed. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs and drive alignment. Candidate Profile - Education: Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree preferred). - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO operations (front and back office) with leadership responsibilities. - Skills: Proven experience in team management, building and monitoring dashboards or automated reports, and strong command of Microsoft 365 tools. - Soft Skills: Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members, strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities, and analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
