We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team. This position involves handling customer inquiries and support for 5 distinct projects, SaaS. - E-commerce Project: Equipment for Printing on Consumer Goods Packaging - Private service company - Videoconference software - Communications platform - Business communications platform **Main requirements**: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Flexibility to work various shifts - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - English knowledge (B2+) **Would be a plus**: - A background in customer support or call center operations - Knowledge of work with G-suite (Google Workspace: Disc/Sheets/Docs) - Experience with any CRM/ATS **Responsibilities**: - Troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or departments. - Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices. **Working terms**: - Remote work - The probation period is two months - 2 non-fixed days off per week - 1 type of shift : 5pm - 12am **Experience**: - CSR: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (required)
