About the job Our Team: - The NON-COGS CATEGORY BUYER is in charge of developing and executing category strategy for the assigned _ - categories._ - The Buyer supports all assigned locations for the products and services in scope, solve the need of the business and manage key suppliers._ Main responsibilities: - Support the execution of the defined category strategy - Select suppliers base as per category strategy - Source and manage interaction with preferred vendors - Accountable for Supplier Master Data accuracy - KPI´s, deliver savings and objectives - Master sourcing (TCO, SRM, Market intelligence, Risk management, Innovation, Compliance, Quality) 3. About you - Experience: 3 or 5+ years of experience related to this position - Soft skills: - Able to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with varying degree of expectations, - Cross-functional working style, and diverse cultural background - Innovation and Creativity - Team player - Good listener - High integrity and honesty - Ability to work under remote mode (when apply) - Ability to work under pressure - Highly organized and ability to meet deadlines - Technical skills: - Hard analytical skills, such as the ability to analyze large swaths of data to identify trends and gaps in the market, - Ability to implement a strategic plan aligned with the goals of the business - Purchasing / Procurement Strategic Sourcing, - Supplier Negotiation strong experience - Supplier Relationship Management - Contract Negotiation - Analytical capabilities and attention to details - Report writing - Excellent oral and written communication skills - English - Good coordination, problem solving and networking skills - Very expert on Office package (excel, word, ppt) knowledge - Education: Bachelor of Industrial Engineering preferred, then Business Administration, or Economy - Languages: Spanish and English (B1) 4.
