As a **Commercial Finance Professional Jr.**, you will ensure outstanding quality and accuracy in reported financial figures for indirect markets (Perú / Bolivia / Argentina / Chile / Uruguay / Paraguay), both actuals and forecast, while providing financial visibility to sales and marketing teams. **HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING** 1.**Deliver on base operational measures (Net Sales / Operational Profit / Gross Margin %)**: - Perform financial analysis for new business initiatives, validating inputs from different areas and discussing with multi-functional teams (both marketing and sales). - Analyze distributors cost-to-serve and provide recommendations to maximize both Kellogg’s and client’s profitability, while making holistic proposals for delivering initiatives to grow the business - Work side by side with RGM (Revenue Growth Management) to develop new initiatives that provide incremental Net Sales, Operational Profit, and GM%. - ** Influence the business**: - Lead Forecast and Actual analysis to influence business by driving cost, pricing, mix, and brand building decisions - Monitor trade spending and brand-building budgets to ensure compliance with estimated figures - ** Financial Closing and Forecast**: - Ensure financial closing figures are aligned with expectations. When not, identify variations and business rationale / explanations behind them. - Perform financial forecast by month for both categories (BF and Salty Snacks) while clearly reconciling main effects (volume / pricing / mix / trade spending increase - decrease) - ** Stewardship** - Controls: Prevent expense recognition and Internal Control gaps by proactively anticipating potential issues .**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS** - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance in finance, economics, engineering or similar is highly preferred - 6 months - 1 Year of experience - English: Advanced - Proficient understanding of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc).
