Job Description Regional Stability Monitoring Specialist This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Stability Monitoring Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing data for analysis using suitable statistical tools and providing training on good documentation practices and associated rules that must be applied when managing reports for stability management. The ideal candidate will have experience in Pharmaceutical (Human or Animal), Quality Control, Quality assurance Operation, Product Development (I&D;, Formulation), process/analytical validations. They will also possess soft skills such as problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Required Skills and Qualifications - Experience: Experience in Pharmaceutical (Human or Animal), Quality Control, Quality assurance Operation, Product Development (I&D;, Formulation), process/analytical validations. - Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments - Technical skills: Power BI, LIMS, Word, Excel, Power Point; Experience in a Pharmaceutical GxP environment, preferred experience in stability management or activities - Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering, chemistry, Pharmaceutical or a related field.
