Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills: - 10+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in project or line management. - Proven ability to manage complex projects and apply project management principles. - Experience in a matrix management environment. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Excellent communication and business writing skills. - Relevant product, technology, or industry expertise. - Financial and performance metrics analysis skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Jira. - PMP certification required; Scrum Master certification a plus.
