Country Market Access Lead The Country Market Access Lead will be responsible for managing the timely and comprehensive access of Sanofi therapies within the Colombian healthcare system. About the role: This is a key strategic leadership position that will require the ability to develop and execute local market access strategies to ensure the successful launch and growth of Sanofi's pharmaceutical products in Colombia. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in pharmaceutical industry with a deep understanding of Pricing and Reimbursement systems, payer value drivers, and health economics concepts. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication-influence skills, and the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment to achieve business results. - Main Responsibilities: - Develop and execute local market access strategies to ensure the successful launch and growth of Sanofi's pharmaceutical products in Colombia. - Manage relationships with payers, including insurers, providers, and pharmaceutical managers, to ensure timely and comprehensive access of Sanofi therapies. - Collaborate with commercial partner functions, Global MAx function, and MAx region to ensure consistent value story and tools are in place in a timely manner. - Analyze and interpret data from market research/HEOR and public affairs partnership to inform local market access & payer strategies. - Demonstrate and communicate internally the payer value proposition of the asset clearly & consistently across company's multiple offerings. Requirements: - Experience: Proven track record of experience in pharmaceutical industry with a deep understanding of Pricing and Reimbursement systems, payer value drivers, and health economics concepts. - Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication-influence skills, and the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment to achieve business results. - Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Medicine, Marketing, Pharmacy. Graduate degree in Public health, health management, and epidemiology or health economics.
