Technical Quality Engineer LAB The role involves managing laboratory activities, utilizing Latecoere software for ITE follow-up, test results, and procedures. Special tests are performed according to ISO standards – Salt-spray, paint adhesion, mechanical tests. Collaboration across all Latecoere laboratories is required. The position also entails accreditation of the laboratory for all test methods – working with external laboratories, PTP site, Airbus, and other customers. Key Responsibilities: - Managing laboratory activities - Utilizing Latecoere software for ITE follow-up, test results, and procedures - Performing special tests according to ISO standards - Collaborating across all Latecoere laboratories - Accreditation of the laboratory for all test methods Requirements: An engineering degree – minimum Bachelor's, with at least 2 years' experience in industrial quality is required. Familiarity with company rules: Methods, Production Management, Quality, Safety, Labour regulations, Environmental regulations, Prevention is necessary. Knowledge of aeronautics standards is also required. Additionally, familiarity with operator qualification and test inspector recognition processes, skills in problem-solving and root cause analysis, excellent command of English, especially reading and interpreting technical documentation, ability to manage multiple topics in a single day, proactive attitude, motivation to learn, good communication skills, analytical skills, initiative, customer focus, organization, responsibility, and rigor are essential.
