JOB PURPOSE: - Responsible for capturing customerorders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system to achievethe fixed service level requirements expected for order cycle timedeliveries, and % of perfect orders, etc. - Responsible forbusiness interface monitoring, to accurately and efficientlymonitor the interfaces in the system, determining a businesssolution on alerts and issues. - The role requires being skilled indifferent order entry channels such as EDI, optical characterrecognition tool, Web portal and the CRM and general knowledge ofsales order management required to be able to identify and solveintegration issues. ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT: SBS O2C KEYACCOUNTABILITIES: - Responsible for capturing customer ordersaccurately and efficiently into the ERP system. - When relevantcreate order manually in the ERP (by mail, mass upload and fax)according to the customers' requirements and based on businessrules for third party sales processes. - Review and validate ordersin the optical character recognition tool, update as needed andresolve issues. - Contribute to continuous improvement of ordertaking activities as required by internal team initiatives. -Monitor all inbound and outbound customer interfaces through IDOCsto ensure correct integration of the different documents in thesystems. - Investigate failed IDOCs and contact relevantdepartments based on type of issue to report technical systemfailure to IT; or when possible, solve issues with failed IDOCsindependently to be able to create the exchanged documentation. -Keep track of changes in IDOCs, emails, to justify changes frominitial customer demand. - Request maintenance to IT (create orupdate) of master data fields linked to different customerinterfaces of Partner Functions and fields that require localknowledge. - Execute integration activities within the servicelevel agreement to drive efficiency in the process. - In the eventthat the employee receives notice related to quality complaint for Sanofi portfolio products (including medical devices), he/she shallreport it to the Quality Department in accordance with the HUBprocedure (DTP), within 1(one) business day from receipt. About you - Experience: At least 2-3 years’ experience with knowledge oforder processing and customer service or similar (essential),preferably in Pharma. - Soft and technical skills: Good businessacumen (advantageous). - Strong problem-solving, deductive(advantageous). - Hands-on experience of SAP (essential) in S4 Hanapreferably, SAP Application Interface framework modules(advantageous). - Previous use of an Optical character recognitionsolution (advantageous). - Knowledge of Microsoft Office andexpertise of MS Excel (essential). - Ability to interact withinternal stakeholders in issue resolution (essential). -Detail-minded, clear thinker, quick learner. - Team player, able towork collaboratively transversally and with front line teams withan end to end mindset (essential). - Good communication skills(advantageous). - Languages: Intermediate English written andverbal.
