Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based hosting administration, management, and performance tuning under high availability SLA environment. The Cloud Operations Engineer will be responsible for performing operational duties including application server health, service recycling, and identifying and resolving operational issues. They will also monitor server performance, memory utilization, CPU, file systems, databases, and batch jobs. Additionally, they will maintain operational documentation, produce metric reports, and review client support tickets. Requirements - 2+ years' experience in Application / production support experience in with Cloud-Based hosting administration, management, and performance tuning under high availability SLA environment. - Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure is highly desired. - Knowledge of ETL is a plus. - Experience with Unix, Linux, Windows, Tomcat, SSH and basic scripting skills. - Experience with SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL. - Experience with complex process and data flow. - Ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) to various stakeholders daily. - Experience with application debugging, performance, scalability. - Familiarity with standard application security compliance best practices. - Knowledge of fault detection and resolution processes. - Experience in working independently and with other team members.
