Description As a Director, Solution Engineering, you will work closely with Sales Leaders and the Sales team to drive growth and take a strategic view to advance our journey. You will be a key member of the Leadership Team, with broad experience managing teams, driving transformational change, and engaging at the CXO level. Skills You should possess exceptional leadership, communication, strategic, analytical, and consulting skills, with success in: - Managing internal and external stakeholders - Building C-level relationships and translating them into revenue - Leading transformational initiatives and fostering innovation - People and organizational leadership Responsibilities - Manage and grow the Solution Engineering team, ensuring top talent recruitment and retention - Partner with Sales leadership to support enterprise deals and sign new logos - Encourage innovation within the team in solution selling approaches - Build and nurture C-level relationships with key accounts - Drive customer engagement and influence IT strategies - Collaborate with Sales to develop and execute growth plans aligned with strategic vision - Hire top talent, manage performance, and plan for career development and succession - Lead by embodying Salesforce values and providing exemplary leadership Experience/Skills Required - Passion for technology and innovation, with a forward-thinking mindset - Sales-oriented experience in pre-sales, sales leadership, or consulting with regional growth success - Deep relationships with C-level executives and proven solution selling at the executive level - Experience building and leading high-performance sales or consulting teams - Consistent track record of revenue delivery, forecasting, and team development - Ability to evaluate, develop, mentor, and inspire teams - Strong understanding of Cloud Computing and its business benefits - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to explain technological and business concepts clearly - Knowledge of business processes and enterprise application implementation Seniority level - Director Employment type - Full-time Job function - Engineering and Information Technology Industries - IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
