Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Employee Lifecycle Event Data Change Specialist. This role is responsible for accurately and timely executing employee event data changes, including reviewing, transacting, or answering escalated inquiries on personal data change requests. The successful candidate will champion a customer-focused culture, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and respond to inquiries related to employee lifecycle events. Main Responsibilities - Enter/process employee and/or job data changes in HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle events. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records through established internal control mechanisms. - Respond to inquiries pertaining to specific employee lifecycle events by producing documents using available data and populating templates. - Run regular daily/weekly reports to assess performance against standard procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Seek opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and propose recommendations to Managers and Senior Managers. - Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. Requirements - Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or Human Resources. - CHRP designation is considered an asset. - Experience in a call/contact Centre or in a customer-focused area is an asset. - Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes. - Strong knowledge of Organizational structure and complexity. - Strong people leadership skills – experience managing and working with teams. - Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities.
