Our Sales area is a strategic pillar that creates effective communication and business relationships through our pursuit of API Management's market leadership and the preference of our brand for Clients. We are looking for professionals to join our **International Sales Team** to work with us in our **Colombia expansion.** If you have experience in the business of technology companies, metrics analysis (SaaS) as well as the ability to create and evaluate strategies that can transform customer needs into demand and successfully close sales will be critical, come and join our team as **Business Development Manager.** **What will be your responsibility?** Our next BDM will be responsible for generating demand, based on the understanding and viability of our products and positioning them in the market. - Manage and prioritize the activities of the sales pipeline, executing commercial activities such as customer visits, conducting sales meetings n negotiations, and preparing commercial proposals for both current and new customers. - Monitor the performance and development of key clients, identifying strengths and development opportunities at a commercial and profitability level. - Organize and execute the implementation of the business plan in the key clients of the target sectors, which allows the construction of growth blocks that maximize business scalability. **_Market interaction:_** - Build strong collaborative relationships with senior customer contacts, and leaders in the areas of IT, Innovation and Digital Channels. - To be a reference and trust advisor of clients and prospects, developing a consultative position in opportunities. - Constantly study our content and the movement of the competition to improve the speech and consultative capacities for a sale of value to the customer. **_Integration and reporting:_** - Report to the LatAm Business Director, on the progress of the sales pipeline opportunities and the plans to achieve the established goals. - Interact with the SDR, Marketing and Solutions teams (pre-sales) to organize agendas, sales approaches and activities that are required to move the pipeline opportunities to a contract closing. - Actively participate in the integration of commercial activities with the strategies of the Marketing area to achieve growth expectations in the target sectors, and accelerate the knowledge and growth of our brand; such as business reviews, marketing plans, events, campaigns, and commercials activations, among others. **What do you need to be part of our team?** - Graduation in Business Administration, Technological Engineering and/or related careers. - Full Professional Proficiency in English. - Considerable networking with the Retail, Insurance, Banking and Payment Methods markets. - Business Experience working with Retail, Insurance, Banking and Payment Methods. - Knowledge of the CLOUD technology industry and other players in the sector: AWS, Google, Azure, IBM, Red Hat, WSO2, KONG, and SalesForce. - Understanding of technology integration projects. - Business awareness is associated with a strategic mindset. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. **It will be amazing if you also have**: - Experience in API Management (SaaS) **About Sensedia** Sensedia is in the Gartner Magic Quadrant and the Forrester Wave as a Visionary, Strong Performer and Leader.
