The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to help enhance our Business Voice Portal—a central platform for customers, partners, and internal teams to manage telephony services, billing data, and account insights. This individual will gather requirements, support Agile delivery, and improve user experience across the platform. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog, writing clear epics and user stories, participating in Agile ceremonies, gathering and documenting requirements to improve portal functionality and UX, coordinating with stakeholders and UI/UX teams to align business needs with development, defining workflows for service configuration, account management, and provisioning visibility, ensuring accurate and user-friendly billing data, supporting ERP/tax/payment system integrations, and assisting with UAT, validating data flows and user journeys, and resolving post-release issues. Required Skills: - A strong analytical and problem-solving skillset is required. - The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams. - Candidates must be collaborative and have a passion for improving user experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with customer or self-service portals is beneficial. - Familiarity with billing systems and service configurations would be an asset. - Knowledge of Agile practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence is highly valued.
