The Learning Experience Leader is responsible for delivering product training programs while adhering to designated training materials and schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver product training programs in accordance with designated training materials and schedules. - Support program training and miscellaneous training initiatives. - Act with a sense of urgency when modifications are needed with respect to training materials or programs, and provide necessary feedback to the Learning Manager. - Participate in the creation, design, and implementation of training materials, training agendas, etc. - Create a positive learning environment to promote high employee morale amongst trainees. - Assess the readiness of associates and staff in training to perform job functions. - Maintain current knowledge of all company policies, procedures, systems, and products.
