About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Sales / Project Coordinator who wants to grow into a more structured office or project coordination role. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in sales who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping things on track behind the scenes. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day coordination of solar projects—working closely with customers, contractors, and our internal teams. Strong communication and multitasking skills are key! What You’ll Do - Support the sales and project teams with scheduling, tracking, and customer updates - Coordinate project timelines, documents, and workflows - Communicate with customers by phone and email to provide updates and answer questions - Help resolve issues quickly and professionally - Ensure projects move forward smoothly from sale through final installation - Keep CRM and project tracking systems up to date What We’re Looking For - +3 years of sales, customer service, or project coordination experience - Strong organizational and communication skills - A proactive, team-player attitude - Comfortable using office software (Google Workspace, Excel, CRMs, etc.) - Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced solar environment - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Schedule: - Option 1: Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm CDT - Option 2: Monday–Friday, 12pm–8pm CDT Compensation: Paid in USD Location: 100% remote opportunity If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume! #J-18808-Ljbffr
