Job Title: MCR Engineer Sutherland is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MCR Engineer to join our team. The Professional Service Engineer (PSE) will work within the delivery team to implement, configure, and integrate the NICE platform remotely. The role involves providing technical expertise from project initiation through to completion. The responsibilities include: 1. Perform remote installation and integration of NICE software according to established methodologies, processes, and customer requirements. 2. Support the implementation team by addressing technical questions from project kickoff to final support handover. 3. Ensure comprehensive integration and proper implementation of all components within the technical architecture. 4. Identify, communicate, and resolve design issues encountered during solution delivery. 5. Assist customers and vendors with configuration of NICE integration points. 6. Provide technical expertise on the NICE product suite and related technologies. 7. Conduct system testing to verify performance and reliability, escalating issues as needed. 8. Deliver technical support, overviews, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. 9. Document lessons learned and resolutions in the NICE Knowledge Base. 10. Share technical feedback with R&D; and support teams for potential improvements. The qualifications required include: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in product implementation and integration. 2. Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server (IIS), and Active Directory. 3. Knowledge of network principles (OSI model, TCP/UDP) and network devices. 4. Experience with scripting, system maintenance, and troubleshooting tools. 5. Familiarity with advanced solutions like Telephony integrations, LDAP, SSO, ACD, and Disaster Recovery. 6. Fluent English communication skills, with excellent customer engagement and problem-solving abilities. 7. Ability to work effectively in multicultural, team-based, and dynamic environments. 8. Fast learner, adaptable, and methodical in following processes. Preferred educational background includes a B.E. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, AWS, Azure, HP, Dell, VMWare, and Citrix are advantageous.
