Event Coordinator Virtual & In-Person Events Location : Remote LATAM-based preferred Type: Part-Time Contractor Hours: ~10-15 hours per week About the Role LatamCent is hiring a highly organized Event Coordinator to help plan, manage, and host both virtual and in-person events across Latin America and the U.S. You' ll work directly with our CEO to execute nearshore hiring seminars , networking events, client workshops, and founder dinners. Your role spans from logistics to guest outreach to on-the-ground (or on-screen) hosting. Responsibilities - Assist in planning and executing virtual and live events (webinars, dinners, meetups, etc.) - Own logistics: venue booking, calendar coordination, guest list management, reminders - Invite and confirm high-level attendees (SaaS founders, executives, partners) - Coordinate with our marketing team to promote and brand events - Support hosting duties during live events and Zoom webinars - Post-event: handle thank-you emails, feedback collection, and follow-up coordination - Maintain an event calendar and support recurring engagement opportunities Requirements - 2+ years experience coordinating virtual and/or live events - Excellent communication and written English (C1+ preferred) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with executives - Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Calendar, Eventbrite, and Notion - Ability to work flexible hours across time zones when needed What we are looking for - Experience with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, or CRM tools - Event planning background in B2B, SaaS, or tech community spaces - Based in Colombia or Mexico City for occasional in-person support (not required) Company Overview LatamCent helps top U.S.-based B2B tech companies build exceptional teams in Latin America.
