ContactPoint 360 Inc., is not just somewhere to get a pay cheque but a place that you can call your work-home and thrive to your highest potential both professionally and personally. **What we are looking for?** **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) - Proven work experience as a Boolean Source, Sourcing Specialist, or similar role - Strong expertise in using Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques - Familiarity with sourcing platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software - Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously - Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations (e.g., EEO, GDPR) is a plus **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies based on job requirements - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment technology - Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously improve sourcing strategies and processes **Conditions** - Basic Salary: Mutual Agreement - Schedule: 48h per Week - Days off: based on ops needs - Work at home: Not available **From Maple Leaf to Colombia: Proudly Colombian, Uniquely Canadian.
