WPE COPAC JUNIOR ANALYST_ - _ Location: Bogotá, Colombia_ About the job Main responsibilities: - Assistance to COPAC's Workplace Experience Management in the administration, management, control and implementation of projects related to facilities and additional services for Sanofi in the countries that are part of the COPAC area._ - Assistance for management of administrative activities of the department and the projects in which it intervenes. - Management of contractors for the works execution, maintenance, administrative and technical support for the operation of COPAC offices when required, relating, and responding to activities with departments within the organization such as Finance, Procurement, HR, IT, Security and HSE, among others. - Control of works contracts and special works for Sanofi’s corporate projects, Workplace Experience and Real Estate business units in the COPAC countries - Assistance for implementing global Workplace Experience & RE guidelines at COPAC sites. - Assist in the administration and ensure the proper maintenance of Sanofi's leased or owned properties in COPAC - Support the Management of WPE COPAC in the economic evaluation of properties for sale or lease in the area. - To supplement the overall projects in the COPAC group - Ensure budget control of administrative and technical activities for projects under the control of WPE Management in COPAC. - Procure the management of communications for COPAC personnel inherent to the department's projects. - Elaborate, manage, or ensure that reports related to COPAC Workplace Experience and Real Estate are made. - Ensure administration of department projects archives (physical and electronic) About you - Experience: _Experience of at least 3 years in assistance for personnel administration and participation in projects, especially offices. Assistance to leadership in the implementation of programs or projects that involve the personnel of an organization or its culture. Knowledge in preparation and control of budgets, budget tools, purchasing and contract systems and Office. Preferably experience in real estate project analysis and assistance in contract control.
