This role is key to the successful delivery of BCD M&E; LATAM client services across all business lines providing both proactive solutions and support to ensure BCD M&E; are the “Go To” providers of virtual and physical meeting and event experience. If you possess a strong sense of ownership and are be able to navigate complex challenges to deliver incremental tangible results we want to talk with you. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: **_ Job Specific Essential Duties & Responsibilities:_** **Leadership**: - Lead the efforts of a team of 3-4 local Technical Business Analysts to implement simple and highly intuitive solutions to improve business efficiency. - Collaborate with local and regional leadership and operations teams to the priority of all technology projects. - Project manage all efforts to ensure the success, timeliness and communication of all projects to local, regional and global leadership. **Analysis**: - Collaborate with local stakeholders to understand and document existing business processes, workflows, and systems. - Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful implementation of technology solutions. Project manage all efforts to ensure the timeliness and communication of all projects to local, regional and global leadership. **Development**: - Create and maintain project plans, task lists, and timelines ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of progress to ensure proper development and implementation of solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolving any technical issues or challenges related to solutions ensuring smooth functionality and user experience. - Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards. - Ensure internal security practices and methodologies are met. **Education / Knowledge / Experience**: (Subject to local laws and practices) Essential: - Operational background in the service industry, preferably meeting and events or travel. - Self-starter who can drive results. - The ability to communicate well at all levels within the organization. - Organized approach when dealing with problems. - Strong ability to work in a virtual team - Able to work independently and with high commitment to the task in hand. - Previous experience in technology solution design. - Business level English and Spanish speaking and writing skills required. Portuguese, along with English and Spanish, a plus.
