Operations Assistant – CRM & Automation We're seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in powering the backend of our digital sales and marketing engine. Your primary responsibilities will include managing marketing funnels, nurturing campaigns, and supporting HubSpot CRM flows. Additionally, you will automate processes using Zapier, Make, or n8n to eliminate bottlenecks, provision and deprovision platform access for new hires and exits, and work across teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
