Role Description Lead the strategy and operations of the Hosting division, ensuring achievement of business goals related to sales, profitability, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role is critical for establishing Edunext as the preferred hosting partner for Open edX platforms by implementing best practices, technological innovation, and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities 1. Lead division strategy and oversee the execution of key initiatives. 2. Ensure implementation of defined technological strategies. 3. Develop, monitor, and achieve divisional OKRs and KPIs. 4. Manage division's financial and commercial performance, ensuring budget adherence, sales targets, and profitability. 5. Develop and execute business strategies in collaboration with MS Leader. 6. Optimize procurement processes in alignment with organizational policies. 7. Guarantee customer experience excellence through efficient frameworks, crisis management, and client feedback analysis. 8. Act as escalation contact for key accounts. 9. Support talent management initiatives and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and autonomy. 10. Oversee regulatory compliance, risk mitigation strategies, and continual operational improvement. 11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback through monthly 1:1 sessions. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Masters degree in technology, business, or management. * Minimum 5 years in similar roles, leading hosting services, infrastructure, or educational technology projects. * Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT, EdTech, SaaS, or online learning platform industry. * Proven experience in business development and customer relationship management. * Experience with service management, including SLAs, uptime monitoring, and security standards. * Familiarity with cloud tools (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar. * English proficiency at level C1 * Experience working with agile methodologies and project management. * Desirable experience or knowledge in IT Governance and technology risk management.
