**_Role Overview:_** - HR/People Services Representative with HR Exprience and proficient in English and Spanish. - Responsible for the resolution of internal customer queries regarding benefits, pay and other internal programs. - Gathers and clarifies feedback and other information from internal customers through various methods, researches relevant guidelines, and responds to inquires promptly. - In dealing with more complex queries, may be involved with other customers, and vendors within or across different functions. - Will act as an internal point of contact in our LTAM region (Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, etc.) - Operate as first point of contact for LTAM on all people aspects - Establish all statutory and compliance practices as prescribed/mandated by the labor laws across LTAM - Liaise with AP Team to audit and process payments to vendors - Liaise with Vendors and provide Employee details regarding benefits enrollment, process benefits and allowances - Document new policies and train other team members - Perform administrative duties as needed **Skills Required**: - 2+ years of relevant experience - Operational ability to ensure that the transactional aspects of HR are well executed - Exposure in working in cross functional teams - Solid knowledge of HR related to LTAM Region - Proactive & follow a collaborative approach - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and Spanish - Must be thorough with the labor laws and practices of LTAM **_Company Benefits and Perks:_** We work hard to embrace diversity and inclusion and encourage everyone to bring their authentic selves to work every day.
