Job Description The Ocean Freight Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to optimize and reduce the complexity of processes, generating efficiency, increasing productivity and adding value to customers and businesses. This will involve monitoring and controlling the performance of the program and resources according to the objectives defined. - Actively lead the team of professionals in charge, promoting operational excellence through respect and results. - Measure and control the performance of the program and resources according to the objectives defined. - Ensure the quality standards are met and guarantee compliance with administrative rules. - Participate in process improvements and maintain excellent relationships with process owners/business partners. - Provide timely feedback to the team in charge. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: - A minimum of 4 years of work experience in industrial engineering, business administration, international business or similar occupations. - A minimum of 1 year of experience leading teams. - Previous experience in project management (desirable), active leadership and teamwork. - High level of English (dialogue, writing, listening). - Advanced level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
