Job Description: The Sales Back Office Team Leader manages and coordinates activities of the Italy and export back office team, focusing on order management, tender participation, shipment monitoring, sales network support, and customer care. Responsibilities: - Coordinates and supervises the activities of the Italy and export sales back office team. - Manages the entire customer order cycle: receipt, entry, confirmation, progress monitoring, fulfillment, and invoicing. - Monitors and coordinates national and international shipments. - Manages and resolves problems related to delays, shortcomings, anomalies, and after-sales complaints. - Analyses tenders and tenders documentation. - Collections needed technical, administrative, and economic documentation. - Coordinates deadlines and manages electronic submissions. Requirements: - Diploma or degree in economic, managerial, or legal fields. - 3-5 years of experience in similar roles (commercial back office, customer service, tender support). - Preferred origin from the medical device or pharmaceutical sector. - Knowledge of the SAM management system is appreciated. - Excellent command of Excel and Office. - Excellent knowledge of English language.
