This position creates and manages initiatives to enhance platform user experience, loyalty, and engagement. Data analysis skills are crucial for transforming insights into actionable recommendations and projects. Collaboration with teams like Operations, Product, Marketing, CRM, and more is essential for driving strategic and operational changes. - Identify improvement opportunities by analyzing and interpreting data related to user perception and experience. - Create and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor relevant metrics continuously. - Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses to support suggestions for improvement initiatives. - Design and manage projects to enhance user perception, involving strategies across various areas. - Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment of objectives and execute projects effectively. - Familiar with analyzing complex data and generating actionable insights. The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience in segmentation models and user engagement strategies, project leadership, data collection and organization, data analysis tools, strong communication and presentation skills, and advanced English for communication with teams in China.
