Netafim is looking for a highly qualified Management Pumps Product Manager to drive the growth and consolidation of centrifugal and turbine pump sales in the Colombian, Ecuadorian and Central American markets. Achieve market development and new customer acquisition through innovative and collaborative commercial strategies. Also, support in the development of new solutions in conjunction with the engineering, sales and marketing teams, to ensure a competitive portfolio aligned with the needs of the sector Responsibilities: Growth in turnover and units sold of centrifugal and turbine pumps. Penetration and expansion plans in assigned markets (Colombia, Ecuador and Central America). Strategies and actions for the acquisition of potential customers (direct customers and dealers). Collaboration in projects for the development and implementation of new technological solutions in pumping equipment. Visit customers, distributors and key projects in the three regions to evaluate opportunities and detect specific needs in pumping equipment. Develop the market by identifying opportunities, trends and segmenting potential customers; develop and implement country-specific strategic penetration plans Analyze commercial performance and profitability of products, making recommendations for adjustments in pricing and commercial strategies. Requirements About 3 years in similar positions, preferably in the pumping, irrigation or technology equipment industry. Visa for USA Proven experience in commercial management, market development strategies and new customer acquisition. Extensive knowledge of pumping equipment, with special emphasis on centrifugal and turbine pumps. Solid fundamentals in hydraulic concepts and operation of pumping systems.
